In order to be eligible, participants must :

  •  be a woman between 18 and 40 years old residing in Tajikistan
  • have a professional tourism and mountain guide project
  • be in good physical condition
  • love the mountains and wildlife
  • wish to transmit their culture and to exchange with travelers
  • be ready to learn and to engage in a demanding three-year training program
  • be available during the hiking season (June to September)
  • have some knowledge of English and the desire to improve
